The estimated 14 to 20 hours the average Landlord spends on managing their portfolio every month is in reality mostly administrative and compliance driven. It won’t have great returns done correctly but it carries huge risk if mistakes are made (fines up to £40,000). Technology can and does help but even with this, unless you have your own team, in most case this means one of two things for a Landlord:
