Our Tenant Management solution is designed to improve the Tenancy for both Landlord and Tenant.
We do this by:
- Improving communication and transparency through the Owner and Tenant App
- Enabling tenant reporting through the App
- Allocating a Property Manager to resolve the issue
- Taking a solutions approach to every issue reported
- Using your trusted contractors OR leveraging our network of trusted contractors
The Power of App
Our experience with our Tenant App is that we have seen massive improvements in Tenant satisfaction and retention. The number one tenant complaint consistently is that their Landlord or Agent is never available and that communication is terrible.
Our App, supported by our processes and team, solves that problem overnight.
- The Tenant can now report any issue at a time that suits them.
- They are prompted through the easy interface to provide the information that is required first time and to upload photos or documents.
- The Property Manager is able to respond (usually in less than 24 hours) with a response. 80% of enquiries are resolved without incurring any costs.
- The Property Manager is then able to raise a work order and arrange for the necessary fix to be made.
- If the cost exceeds a certain amount then authorisation is sought from the Landlord.
- The Landlord is able to track the entire issue on their phone, including in App approvals for expenditure.
Simple Issue Reporting
Our belief is that great technology is an enabler for great service, but not a replacement. That is why our solution requires trained Property Managers who manage all issues.
This means that both you and your tenants always have the option to speak to a PERSON.
This is vital as we are dealing with people and their homes so sometimes we need to talk and connect to resolve issues. We are not a faceless call centre.
The Importance of Retention
One of the reasons we take a Tenant centric approach to managing issues is that we understand the importance of retention.
This is where our background as Landlords sets us apart in understanding how to maximise your return.
The avoidance of void periods and maintaining happy relationships with good tenants results in better returns and fewer losses. It reduces your risk.
Rent increases

With the advent of the Renters Rights Bill any request to increase rent must now be done formally and within prescribed time limits.
Our systems are set up to remind you when you should be starting to discuss increases with tenants and what forms are required.
This is something we can do on your behalf and is another area where we can help your returns
